Welcome to Bseech! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Bseech website (bseech.com), platform, and services (collectively, the "Service") provided by Bseech ("Bseech," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you disagree, do not use the Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others. Minors (under 18) may not use the Service without parental consent.

2. Description of Service

Bseech is a global platform connecting users seeking services ("Requesters") with individuals/businesses providing services ("Providers"). Features include real-time communication, payment processing, and dispute resolution tools. Bseech is not a party to agreements between Requesters and Providers and does not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of services exchanged.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must register an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information.
• Maintain and promptly update account details.
• Safeguard your password and notify us of unauthorized use.
• Be responsible for all activities under your account.

Accounts are non-transferable. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating these Terms.

4. User Conduct and Responsibilities

You agree not to:

• Use the Service unlawfully or for fraudulent purposes.
• Infringe intellectual property, privacy, or other rights.
• Harass, discriminate, or post harmful/defamatory content.
• Share false information, viruses, or malicious code.
• Circumvent security features or interfere with Service operations.
• Impersonate others or collect data without consent.

Requesters must clearly define needs; Providers must accurately represent skills and deliver services professionally.

5. Intellectual Property

Bseech owns all rights to the Service (excluding user-generated content). Content is protected by copyright/trademark laws.

Users retain ownership of their content but grant Bseech a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, modify, and display it in connection with the Service.

Report copyright infringement per our Copyright Policy (Section 15).

6. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "AS IS." Bseech disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for purpose, and non-infringement. We do not:

• Guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure service.
• Endorse or vet Providers beyond basic verification (e.g., email, phone, or ID checks).
• Assume liability for third-party content, services, or external links.

7. Limitation of Liability

Bseech, its affiliates, and employees are not liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or punitive damages (e.g., lost profits, data loss).
• User conduct, content, or third-party interactions.
• Unauthorized access to your account or data.

Liability is capped to the maximum extent permitted by law. Some jurisdictions do not allow exclusions, so limitations may not apply.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, USA, excluding conflict of law principles. Disputes must be resolved in courts located in this jurisdiction.

9. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via email or site notice 30 days in advance. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account immediately, without notice, for violations of these Terms. All provisions survive termination.

11. Payments and Fees

Requesters agree to pay Providers via the platforms payment system.

Bseech may charge transaction fees, disclosed prior to purchase.

Refunds are subject to Provider policies and platform dispute resolution. Users are responsible for taxes.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Bseech against claims, damages, or costs arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.

13. Dispute Resolution

Informal Negotiation: Parties must attempt to resolve disputes informally for 30 days.

Binding Arbitration: Claims not resolved informally will be settled by arbitration in Delaware under AAA rules. Class actions are waived.

14. Third-Party Links and Services

The Service may contain links to third-party sites. Bseech is not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or terms.

15. Copyright Policy

We comply with the DMCA. Report infringement to legal@bseech.com. Include:

• A physical/electronic signature.
• Identification of the infringed work.
• Contact information and a good-faith statement.

16. Severability

If any provision is invalid, the remainder of the Terms remains enforceable.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms supersede prior agreements and constitute the full understanding between you and Bseech.

18. Waiver

Failure to enforce a provision does not waive our right to enforce it later.
