After a package is delivered to a locker, you'll receive a QR code via email or SMS. Scan the code at the locker terminal, and the designated compartment will open automatically.
How long can I leave my package in the locker?
Standard storage is 48 hours. Monthly pass holders get 7 days, and annual pass holders get 14 days. Unclaimed packages after the storage period are returned to the sender or moved to a central facility.
What sizes are available?
Lockers come in three sizes: Small (12"x12"x12"), Medium (18"x18"x18"), and Large (24"x24"x24"). Some locations also offer oversized lockers for larger packages.
Are the lockers secure?
Yes. Each locker is made of reinforced steel with electronic locks. All facilities are monitored by security cameras, and access is strictly controlled by unique QR codes.
