How does auto-bidding work?
Set your maximum bid when you find an item you want. Our system will bid on your behalf in small increments, only enough to keep you as the highest bidder, up to your maximum amount. You'll never pay more than your max bid.
What happens if I win an auction?
You'll receive an email notification immediately. Payment is processed through our escrow system. The seller ships the item, and funds are released to them after you confirm receipt and satisfaction.
Are auction items inspected?
Yes. All high-value items ($500+) are inspected by our team or certified partners. Sellers must provide detailed photos and condition reports. Item authenticity is verified before listing.
What if the item is not as described?
Our buyer protection guarantee covers you. If the item doesn't match the description, you can return it within 14 days for a full refund. Escrow ensures you're protected until you confirm satisfaction.
How do I become a seller?
Sign up, complete identity verification, and submit items for review. Our team inspects your items (photos, condition, authenticity) before listing. Once approved, your items go live in the next auction cycle.
What are the seller fees?
Final value fees start at 5% for Basic sellers and 2% for Pro sellers. There are no listing fees. Featured auction slots are available for an additional $29.95 for premium visibility.
