Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms", "Terms of Service") carefully before using the bseech.com/resume website (the "Service") operated by Bseech Resume ("us", "we", or "our"). Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms.

1. Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party.

2. Subscriptions and Payments

Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis ("Billing Cycle"). Billing cycles are set either on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the type of subscription plan you select when purchasing a Subscription.

All payments are handled by a secure third-party payment processor. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. All purchases are final and non-refundable.

3. User Content

Our Service allows you to create, store, and share information in the form of resumes ("User Content"). You are solely responsible for the User Content that you create on the Service, including its legality, reliability, and appropriateness. You retain all of your rights to any User Content you submit, and you are responsible for protecting those rights.

We take no responsibility and assume no liability for User Content you or any third party posts on or through the Service.

4. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding User Content), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Bseech Resume. Our templates, designs, and branding are protected by copyright and other laws. You are granted a limited license to use our templates for the purpose of creating your personal resume.

5. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Bseech Resume, nor its directors, employees, partners, or agents, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

7. Disclaimer

Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We do not warrant that the service will meet your specific requirements or that it will result in employment.
